What hosting means

Modueh places a printed community board at your location. Each cycle we compose the board, you print the posters (one PDF), hang the full set, and send us one photo. Once the photo is verified, that cycle's earnings are released to you.

Exclusivity — the one real condition

For as long as you participate in the program, Modueh is the only paid advertising displayed at your location: no other paid ad boards, paid flyers, sponsored signage, or advertising screens, inside or outside, from anyone else.

This covers paid, commercial advertising only. It does not cover notices that members of your own community put up themselves.

What stays yours

Notices from your own people — anyone who davens, learns, works, or shops at your location — are welcome anywhere at your location, at no charge, exactly as before: simchas, shiurim, lost and found, tzedakah appeals, local events, a neighbor's business card on the corkboard. Modueh has no say over those.

Your part each cycle

Print the posters when the cycle is finalized, hang the complete set for that cycle in the Modueh board, keep the board neat and visible, and send one photo of the hung board. If an ad shouldn't be on your board, tell us — you choose the ad categories, and you can decline a board before it prints.

Getting paid

Your earnings per cycle are your rate per spot times the spots on your board, per your arrangement with Modueh. They are released after your hang photo is verified and paid by direct deposit to the bank account you set up through Stripe. Modueh never sees your account numbers. Set it up once, keep it current, and nothing is ever held up.

Ending participation

Either side may end participation with written notice (email is fine). Exclusivity ends when participation ends. Any cycle already hung is paid out normally; the board and remaining posters are returned or removed as we agree.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we'll show you the new version and ask you to accept it before it applies to you.
